高校社区卫生服务人员工作满意度研究

摘    要:目的研究高校社区卫生服务人员工作满意度,定性定量探寻影响其工作满意度的相关因素与作用机制。方法通过定性与定量相结合的方法进行研究。使用自行设计的问卷和访谈提纲,对高校社区卫生服务人员进行调查,使用秩和检验、非条件Logistic回归等方法进行分析。结果高校社区卫生服务人员总体满意度均值为3.65,介于一般与较为满意之间;各个条目中,满意度较低的为晋升机会、收入与职称评定,较高的为关系融洽、工作重要与执业环境;关系融洽、归属感、晋升机会对高校社区卫生服务机构服务人员工作满意度有显著性影响。结论相关机构应制定针对性政策,加强服务人员培训,培养归属感,多方面提升高校社区卫生服务人员工作满意度。

Job Satisfaction of Community Health Service Staff in University

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the job satisfaction of community health service staff in university, explore relative factors which affected the satisfaction and their mechanism with quantitative and qualitative methods. Methods: Quantitative and qualitative methods were used. Selfdesigned questionnaires and interview outline were used to research and non -conditional logistic regression analysis was used to analyze. Results :The overall sarisfaction degree mean is 3.65, ranged between commonly and relatively satisfied; satisfaction of promotion opportunity, income and professional title accreditation is lower, and harmonious relationship, the importance of work and practice environment is higher; the harmonious relationship, the sense of belonging and promotion opportunity had obviously affected the job satisfaction of community health service staff in university. Conclusions : The related institution should make targeted personnel policies, strengthen the staff training, cultivate the sense of belonging and then improve the job satisfaction of community health service staff in university from kinds of aspects.
