| 摘 要： | 生物样本库建设中有诸多问题,主要包括：样本收集的知情同意及“再次同意”有关的问题、广泛同意的问题、保密性问题、所有权问题及商业化问题、参与者重新接触的伦理问题,出生队列研究中生物样本库建设也同样面临着上述生物样本库需面临的伦理问题,对于这些问题,为生物库建设及运作过程中的伦理管理框架提出了生物样本库共享、知情同意及特殊人群保护、样本采集方面及生物样本库有关经济方面等几个具体建议.

| Abstract: | This article mainly discused the main challenges and controversy in the biobank construction,including informed consent and regrant for sample selection,widely agreement,confidentiality,ownership,intellectual property and commercial issues,new ethical issues of the participants＇feedback and contactation with participants.For these problems,the authors proposed some suggestions for the construction and operation for biological library management framework,which including biological sample library sharing,informed consent and special groups,sample collection and biological sample library on a few specific proposals,and so forth. |
