先天性心脏病继发孔型房间隔缺损封堵介入彩超探讨分析

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在先天性心脏病继发孔型房间隔缺损封堵治疗中的临床应用价值。方法随机选取该院于2010年11月—2013年12月间收治的86例先天性心脏病继发孔型房间隔缺损患者，进行回顾性分析。通过彩超对患者的病情进行确诊，同时对房间隔缺损大小及形状进行确定，均采用Amplatzer法进行封堵术，术后做好抗感染治疗。并于术后1、3、6、12个月进行1次复查。结果经过治疗，仅1例患者因继发孔型房间隔缺损较大而封堵不成功，经手术治疗后好转，其余85例患者均封堵成功，封堵成功率为98.8%。结论在对先天性心脏病继发孔型房间隔缺损患者治疗中，进行彩超观察，能更为准确的评估病情，引导封堵治疗，对提升封堵成功率、提升患者恢复速度具有显著作用。

Color Doppler Ultrasound Observation of Congenital Heart Disease with Se-cundum Atrial Septal Defect Treated by Transcatheter Closure

Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound applied to the transcatheter closure for patients with congenital heart disease and secundum atrial septal defect. Methods 86 patients with congenital heart disease and secundum atrial septal defect admitted in our hospital from November 2010 to December 2013 were randomly selected for retrospective anal-ysis. Color Doppler ultrasound was used to diagnose the disease of the patients, and determine the size and shape of atrial septal defect. Amplatzer vascular plug was used for transcatheter closure and anti-infective therapy was given to the patients postopera-tively. And the patients underwent the review 1, 3, 6, 12 months after the operation. Results After treatment, only 1 patient failed to the transcatheter closure due to the secundum atrial septal defect was too large, but improved after surgical treatment, the other 85 patients underwent transcatheter closure successfully, the success rate of transcatheter closure was 98.8%. Conclusion For pa-tients with congenital heart disease and secundum atrial septal defect, using color Doppler ultrasound for observation can more ac-curately assess the condition, guide the treatment of transcatheter closure, which has significant effect on enhancing the success rate of transcatheter closure and speeding the recovery of the patients.
