| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者发生医院感染的易患因素。方法对近3年来我科收治的恶性肿瘤患者中发生医院感染的152倒次作回顾性分析。结果医院感染率29．08％，感染部位以呼吸系统为主，老年人、白细胞下降、各种介入性操作、长期住院、晚期肿瘤患者是易患因素。结论为减少恶性肿瘤化疗患者医院感染的发生，必须重视合理使用现代医疗技术，密切监测白细胞数量，减少住院时间及不必要的介入性操作。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the availability of nosocomial infection in cancer patients treated with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 152 hospitalized cases for 3 years were studied retrospectively.Results The rate of nosocomial infection was 29 08%.It happened most commonly in the respiratory system.The main risk factors were elderly,leukopenia,all kind of invasion operations,long time hospitalization,advanced disease.Conclusion In order to reduce the rate of nosocomial infection,we must pay attention to reasonable use of the techniques of diagonosis and treatment ,leucocyte must be monitored frequently,decrease unnecessary aggressive procedures and the duration in hospital. |
