摘    要:目的探讨肺部肿块的组织微血管密度(MD)与多排CT(MSCT)灌注参数之间的相互关系.方法 33例肺内肿块患者行多排CT灌注模式扫描,利用CT灌注软件对图像进行后处理,测定病变的血流量(BF)、强化峰值(PE)、血容积(BV)和对比剂到达峰值时间(TTP).用标准SP法进行免疫组织化学染色,标记微血管和基底膜,计算微血管密度(MD).结果肺部良性肿块和恶性肿块的BF、PE和BV值差异有显著性(P<0.05);肺内肿块的CT灌注成像参数值BF、PE与组织微血管密度成正相关(r=0.844,P<0.01;r=0.601,P<0.01).结论不同肺内肿块的CT灌注参数值BF、PE的差异由其组织微血管密度所决定.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between microvessel density and MSCT perfusion in lung mass.Methods The perfusion CT scan was performed after administration of omnipaque 50 ml in 33 patients with lung mass.The CT data were analyzed with a CT perfusion software.The parameters of CT including blood flow(BF),perk enhancement(PE),blood volume(BV),time to peak(TTP) were detected.The microvessel density(MD) was observed by SP method.Results The BF,PE and BV in patients with lung malignant mass were significantly higher than those of benign mass(P<0.05).The MD of lung mass was positively correlated with BF(r=0.884,P<0.01) and with PE(r=0.601,P<0.01)Conclusion The differentiation of BF and PE in different lung masses is decided by the microvessel density of the tissue.
