| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗核抗体(ANA)和双链DNA(dsDNA)检测在肾病综合征病因诊断上的意义。方法收集血清99例,包括正常人对照40例,肾病综合征59例,采用间接免疫荧光法(IIF)检测ANA和dsDNA。结果肾病综合征患者ANA阳性率为30.5%(18/59),dsDNA阳性率为18.6%(11/59)。结论ANA和dsDNA在肾病综合征病因诊断、早期治疗及预后,特别是对狼疮性肾炎活动性及治疗的评估具有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of antinuclear antibody(ANA) and ds-DNA on etiology diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome.Methods ANA and ds-DNA were detected using indirect immunofluorescence in the serum collected from 40 controls and 59 patients with nephrotic syndrome.Results The positive ratio of ANA and ds-DNA in patients with nephrotic syndrome were separately 30.5% (18/59) and 18.6(11/59).Conclusion The important significance of ANA and ds-DNA is detected on the etiology diagnosis,early treatment and prognosis of nephrotic syndrome,espectively Autoimmunity diseases and rheumatism. |
