284例新生儿疾病临床分析

目的了解我院住院新生儿疾病的发病原因、死亡原因及病死率,为新生儿疾病的防治提供依据.方法对我院2002年10月～2004年10月住院的284例新生儿疾病进行整理分析.结果新生儿疾病按住院人数多少依次为呼吸道疾病(40.8%)、早产低体重儿(12.7%)、消化系统疾病(11.6%)和感染性疾病(9.2%);按病死率依次为肺出血(100%)、早产低体重儿(25%)、缺血缺氧性脑病(20.8%)和颅内出血(20%);死亡病例中,早产儿及低体重儿死亡率高.结论做好围产期保健,减少新生儿窒息及早产低体重儿的出生,加强早产儿呼吸管理,可有效降低新生儿的发病率及死亡率.

Clinical Analysis for Diseases of 184 Newly-born Infants

Objective Find out the reasons for diseases of newly-born infants and its percentage and reasons for death and death rate. To provide information and principles to cure and prevent the disease of newly-born infants. Methods Analyzing the 284 cases of diseases on newly-born infants in Ltmjiao Hospital from Oct 2002 to Oct 2004. Results The diseases on newly-born infants are respiratory infection, prematttre low-weight infants, digestive system and other infections in turn. Diseases with death rate from high to low are bleeding of lung, premature low-weight infants, HIE, intracranial hemorrhage. Among the died, premature and low-weight infants are with higher possibility of death.Conclusion Making good health protection before confinement, reducing to give birth to infants with suffocation and premature low-weight, strengthening to control the breathing of premature infants can highly reduce the diseases and death rate of newly-bron infants.
