辛伐他汀对早期糖尿病肾病尿微球蛋白的影响

目的探讨辛伐他汀对早期糖尿病肾病尿微球蛋白的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月～10月间住院糖尿病肾病患者123例，根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组62例，对照组61例，治疗组在降糖降压基础上予以辛伐他汀治疗，对照组予以降糖降压治疗，治疗30d后，观察尿微球蛋白改变。结果治疗组治疗前后和对照组比较，尿微球蛋白显著下降。结论辛伐他汀对早期糖尿病肾病尿微球蛋白有降低作用。

Influence of simvastatin on urine microglobulin of patients with early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the influence of simvastatin on the urine microglobulin of patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 123 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2012 were selected and divided into the treatment group with 62 patients and the control group with 61 patients according to the treatment method. The treatment group was given simvastatin treatment on the basis of hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatment. The control group was given hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatment. The changes of urine microglohulin 30 days after the treatment were observed. Results After the treatment, the microglobulin of the treatment group reduced significantly compared to that of the control group. Conclusion Simvastatin has an effect on reducing the microglohulin of patients with eariy diabetic nephropathy.
