| 摘 要： | 目的探讨正常高值血压人群的心率变异性（HRV）的特点。方法对56例正常高值血压人群（实验组）及67例正常血压人群（对照组）进行24h动态心电图检查,采集心率变异的时域和频域指标的变化来分析心脏自主神经功能情况。结果实验组与对照组HRV时域和频域比较所有参数差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论正常高值血压人群的自主神经功能显著损害,尤其以迷走神经张力下降为主。
