摘    要:
目的探讨胸科医院患者对优质护理服务的需求。方法用随机选样法取200例在胸科医院就诊患者作为研究对象,采用自行设计“胸科医院患者对优质护理服务需求情况调查表”,征得患者同意,发放问卷。结果患者对优质护理服务的需求较高,其中需求最高的是护士护理态度和健康教育两方面。患者希望护士能够主动热情、耐心细致,专业知识全面,详细讲解疾病知识和注意事项,解答患者在治疗过程中产生的疑问。结论优质护理服务应以了解患者需求为基础,根据患者的具体需求情况制定合理的护理方案,提升患者满意度,构建和谐医患关系。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the chest hospital patients demanding for quality care. Methods Two hundred cases patients in the Chest Hospital were selected by random sampling method. Self-designed questionnaire on the Chest Hospital patients demanding for quali ty care were used. Results Patients had high demand for quality care, and the highest demand is nursing attitudes and health education. Patients wanted nurses to be active and enthusiastic, patient and meticulous, expertise in comprehensive professional knowledge. They ex pected the nurses could give a detailed account on the knowledge of the disease and precautions, and could answer the queries generated by the patient during treatment. Conclusions Quality care should be based on understanding the patients' needs. We should develop reasonable care according to the patients' specific needs, which can improve patient satisfaction, and build a harmonious doctor-patient re lationship.
