| 摘 要： | 回顾常规导尿失败的45例病例，总结分析其原因，提出临床上经常遇到常规导尿失败的例子，须仔细分析其原因，采取正确的处理方法，才能顺利插入导尿管，而且将对尿道、膀胱的损伤减至最低。
