实验性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺外分泌细胞的坏死与凋亡

摘    要:
按Aho等的方法,给大鼠胆胰管内逆行注射牛磺胆酸钠,制成急性坏死性胰腺炎动物模型。采用HE染色及DNA末端标记法(TUNEL)观察了术后(注药后)不同时程胰腺外分泌细胞的病理组织学改变。发现牛磺胆酸钠可引起胰腺组织的坏死及凋亡,前者出现较早并随术后时间延长而逐渐加重,且伴有明显的炎症反应;后者出现略迟,占较小部分。这表明,这种胰腺炎动物模型可引起胰腺外分泌细胞的坏死及凋亡,与胰腺炎的病变程度密切相关

Abstract:
With HE and TUNEL system,the dynamic histopathological change was observed in exocrine pancreas of the acute necrotizing pancreatitis rats made according to Aho's method.It was found that the necrosis and apoptosis were induced in acinar cells by reversal injecting sodium taurocholate into bile pancreatic duct.The former appeared early and developed eventually and was accompanied with apparent inflamational reaction;whereas the latter occured comparatively late and the area was limited.The result demonstrated that the two kinds of cell death,necrosis and apoptosis,were induced in excrine pancreas in this rat model,which is closely related to the degree of pathological changes of pancreatitis.
