| 摘 要： | 目的了解老年住院患者对药物知识的掌握情况。方法采用问卷调查和深入访谈法，对干部病房60名老年住院患者进行用药相关知识调查。结果老年患者缺乏用药知识，尤其是药物不良反应、服药注意事项及药物药理等方面的知识。结论老年患者用药知识缺乏现象明显，不同患者对用药知识需求存在差异，提示护士在日常工作中应加强对患者进行有针对性的药物知识宣教。

| Abstract: | To investigate the knowledge of medication in hospitalized elderly patients. Method A questionnaire survey integrated with depth interview was conducted on 60 hospitalized elderly patients to investigate their knowledge of medication. Results The elderly patients lacked the knowledge of medication,especially the knowledge related to drug side effects,considerations and pharmacology. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen health education on medication for the elderly patients aimed at their diversified needs. |
