| 摘 要： | 目的：观察轻手法针刺在特发性面神经麻痹中的疗效。方法：将118例急性特发性面神经麻痹患者随机分为A、B两组，A组采用轻手法针刺加西药静脉点滴治疗，B组单纯使用西药静脉点滴治疗。结果：A组患者愈显率100％，平均病程18天；B组患者愈显率86％，平均病程32天。结论：轻手法针刺对治疗特发性面神经麻痹疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of gentle acupuncture for treating acute idiopathic facial palsy.Methods:One hundred eighteen cases who had the acute idiopathic facial were divided two groups.A group was treated by gentle acupuncture and western medicine.B group used the western medicine simply.Results:The efficacy rate was 100% in the A group.The average course of disease was eighteen days.The efficacy rate was 86% in the B groups.The average course of disease was thirty-two days.Conclusion:Gentle acupuncture is very useful for treatment of acute idiopathic facial. |
