| 摘 要： | 目的总结大转子上方弧形小切口治疗臀肌挛缩症的体会。方法采用经大转子上方弧形小切口的术式，治疗具有典型症状的臀肌挛缩症252例，术后早期功能锻炼。结果随访7～36个月，247例恢复正常步态或步态明显改善，5例有一定的改善，无复发病例。结论该术式远离坐骨神经操作，简单安全，病变组织松解彻底，创口小，疗效肯定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the treatment experience of gluteus contracture with arch minimal incision above great trochanter of femur.Methods There were 252 cases of such typical patient who were underwent this operation and performed the functional exercise in early stage after operation.Results 247 cases had normal walking or improved to normal walking after 7～36 months follow-up.5 cases had a little improved without collapsed.Conclusion This operation might be performed distal to sciatic nerve with easy performance small incision and good effect. |
