| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方妥布霉素眼凝胶中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量测定方法。方法流动相超声破胶后用高效液相色谱法测定地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。结果地塞米松磷酸钠在20~100μg.mL-1浓度范围内色谱峰面积(A)与浓度(C)之间线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均回收率102.37±0.70%,RSD=1.57%(n=6)。结论本法可快速、准确地测定眼凝胶中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in complex tobramycin ophthalmic gel.METHODS Using HPLC to determine the content of dexamethasone sodium phosphate after destroying the gel by mixed with the mobile phase beforehand.RESULTS Dexamethasone sodium phosphate had a good linear relationship between the chromatography peak area(A) and the concentration(C)in the concentration range of 20~100μg·mL-1(r=0.9994),and the average recovery was 102.37±0.70%,RSD=1.57%(n=6).CONCLUSION This method can quickly and accurately determine the content of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in ophthalmic gel. |
