42例脊柱结核患者的外科手术临床治疗观察

目的研究脊柱结核行外科手术治疗的疗效。方法对我院2005年2月至2011年3月间收治的42例脊柱结核患者进行基础抗结核治疗,同时根据个体情况积极应用相应外科手术治疗。结果 42例患者手术平均时间211min,42例患者中产生3例并发症,二次手术后治愈。所有患者术后随访2～3年,23例患者痊愈,其余患者病情均不同程度好转,无1例复发患者。结论脊柱结核外科手术技术要求高,在常规抗结核治疗基础上对患者采用针对性手术方法可取得良好的术后效果。

Clinical Observation of 42 Patients with Spinal Tuberculosis Surgery

Objective To investigate treatment efficacy of spinal tuberculosis surgery.Methods 42 patients of spinal tuberculosis were under treatment from February 2005 to March 2011 in the hosipital.Basic anti-TB treatment were applied firstly,and then according to patients＇ individual circumstances we adopted surgical treatment.Results The mean operation time was 211min,and 3 patients had complications.After second surgery,rehabilitation situation of the three patients was very well.All patients were followed up for 2-3years.23 cases were cured,and the rest of the patient＇s condition were improved.Conclusion Risk of spine surgery technology is very large,so it requires the doctors need perfect skills.Patients should treated with conventional anti-TB,and then carry on the surgery plan as schmed.
