| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨主动免疫治疗对不明原因复发性流产的疗效,及不同免疫治疗次数疗效的比较.方法:将56例诊断为不明原因复发性流产,封闭抗体检测阴性的患者分为A、B两组,进行2次或3次的免疫治疗,每次间隔4周.观察封闭抗体在治疗前后的比较及受孕后妊娠结局.结果:A组22例患者治疗后17例受孕,14例足月分娩,妊娠成功率为82.35%.B组34例患者治疗后28例受孕,24例足月分娩,成功率为85.71%.两组无显著性差异.结论:主动免疫治疗对原因不明的复发性流产具有良好的治疗效果,为避免免疫治疗的潜在风险,免疫治疗次数可选择2次.

| Abstract: | Objectives: To investigate the efficiacy of immunothrapy in women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA) and different times of immunization.Method: 34 URSA patients were randomly divided into A and B two groups.The immunization was achieved by injection of the paternal leukocyte for twice or 3 times at an internal of 4 weeks.Blocking antibodies and the outcome of pregnancy were analysed.Result: The successful pregnancy rate was 82.35%(14/17) in A group and was 85.71%(24/28) in B group.There was also no signisficant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Immunotherapy with lymphocytes is effective in treating URSA.To avoid the side effects of immunotherapy,active immunization could be reduce from 3 to 2 times. |
