血管内介入联合中药治疗中晚期肝癌临床疗效比较

目的:比较血管内介入栓塞术(TAI/TACE)与联合中药治疗中晚期肝癌的临床效果。方法:将186例失去手术机会的中晚期肝癌患者,随机分成两组进行治疗,一组(A组)90例,行经导管动脉化疗栓塞术,另一组(B组)96例,在进行经导管动脉化疗栓塞术的同时,给予系统的中医药治疗,治疗全程对患者的生存率、生活质量进行半年、1、2、3、4、5年的随访。结果:两组患者术后半年、1、2、3、4、5年的生存率分别为92.5%、80.6%、48.3%、21.5%、8%、2.2%与96.8%、88.7%、67.2%、35.5%、15%、4.2%,B组生存率明显高于A组。生存期内,B组患者的生活质量明显好于A组患者。结论:血管内介入栓塞术与中医药治疗的联合应用,可明显延长患者的生存期与提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical efficacy study of TAI/TACE combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating advanced hepatoma

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of advanced hepatoma by comparing TAI/TACE with TAI/TACE combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:One hundred and eighty-six cases of advanced hepatoma,who had lost opportunity of operation,were divided into two groups randomly: group A and group B.There were 90 cases in group A and 96 cases in group B,the cases of group A were treated with TAI/TACE,the cases of group B were treated with TAI/TACE combined with traditional Chinese medicine meanwhile.All cases were followed-up in half,one,two,three,four,five years on exist rate and life quality.Results:The exist rate of group A and group B in half,one,two,three,four,five years were 92.5%,80.6%,48.3%,21.5%,8%,2.2% and 96.8%,88.7%,67.2%,35.5%,15%,4.2% respectively,the life quality of group B was obviously better than group A during existence.Conclusion:TAI/TACE combined with traditional Chinese medicine could obviously prolong the existence and improve the life quality.
