前列腺增生合并膀胱肿瘤的同期手术治疗

目的:探讨BPH合并膀胱肿瘤同期手术治疗的效果。方法:同期行TURBT TURP术5例,行肿瘤切除 前列腺切除16例。结果:获随访6个月~5年的18例中,2例复发,4例死于远处转移或其他疾病,均未发生前列腺窝后尿道及切口肿瘤种植。结论:两病同期手术是可行的,只要重视采取预防复发的合理措施,可解除尿路梗阻减少残余尿量,从而避免对膀胱黏膜的长期不良刺激,对预防膀胱肿瘤复发或延长复发时间是有益的,且发生尿路创面及切口肿瘤种植的机会极小。

Simultaneous surgical management of BPH and bladder tumor

Objective:To present our experience on the surgical management of BPH and bladder Tumor synchronously.Methods:Five cases of patients had undergone synchronously TURBT and TURP, and 16 patients had simultaneous oopen surgery for resection of bladder tumor and prostate. Results:Among the 18 cases followed up from 6 months to 5 years, 2 cases had tumor recurrence and 4 cases died of tumor distance metastasis or other disease. No tumor cell implantation at prostate pit, posterior urethra and incision was noted. Conclusions:Simultaneous surgery for the BPH and bladder tumor is available.
