| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of pramipexole on patients with primary rest- less legs syndrome （RLS）. Methods Among 28 patients RLS who were admitted to our hospital from November 2009 to November 2011, pramipexole initiated at 0. 125 mg/d was titrated to maximum 0.75 mg/d for a consec- utive 12 weeks. The international RLS study group rating scale （IRLS） was performed before and after treat- ment, and the resuhs were statistically analyzed. Results The mean IRIS score was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In the present clinical trial, pramipexole is effective and tolerated in the treatment of patients with primary RLS. |
