腹部手术后胃排空障碍28例诊治分析

目的 探讨腹部手术后发生胃排空障碍的原因、诊断和治疗方法.方法 对我院2000年10月至2011年10月28例腹部手术后出现胃排空障碍患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析.结果 本组28例腹部手术后患者,均于术后1周左右发生胃排空障碍,经全身支持疗法+胃肠动力药+中医针灸、热敷治疗而痊愈,治愈率100%,平均治疗时间26(10～45)d.结论 腹部手术后胃排空障碍,采用中西医结合全身综合性治疗能有效提高治疗效果,促进康复.

The diagnosis and treatment of 28 cases of delayed gastric emptying after abdominal surgery

Objective To explore the abdominal surgery of the causes, diagnosis and treatment of de- layed gastric emptying. Methods Clinical data of 2000 in October, 2011 to October 28 cases of abdominal surgery patients with gastric emptying the obstacles in clinical material, were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 28 cases of abdominal surgery patients, all in one week or so happened after gastric emptying obsta- cles, after systemic support therapy ＋ gastrointestinal drug ＋ TCM acupuncture, hot compress cure heal, cure rate 100%, average period of treatment was 26 （ 10 - 45 ） d. Conclusion After abdominal surgery gastric emptying and obstacles, the body of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can improve the comprehensive treatment effect, promote recovery.
