肿节风挥发油对荷瘤小鼠化疗的增效减毒作用

[目的]研究肿节风挥发油（SGE）对环磷酰胺（CTX）治疗H22、S180小鼠的增效和减毒作用。[方法]建立小鼠体内移植性肉瘤、肝癌模型，通过两种给药途径，观察肿节风挥发油与环磷酰胺联合用药对荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率的影响；观察SGE拮抗CTX引起血小板、白细胞及血红蛋白下降。[结果]肿节风挥发油与CTX合用时，对肝癌H22、肉瘤S180两种肿瘤均有不同程度的抑瘤增效作用。CTX（10mg／kg或15mg／kg）分别联用iv．SGE（36．6mg／kg），对小鼠H22、S180的抑瘤率均高于相应剂量的单用CTX（P〈0．05）；CTX（20mg／kg）联用ig．SGE（73．2mg／kg），对H22的抑瘤率高于单用CTX（P〈0．05）。肿节风挥发油能明显拮抗CTX引起的血小板、白细胞下降（P〈0．05～0．01）。[结论]肿节风挥发油能增强CTX的抗肿瘤作用，同时减轻CTX的毒性。

Synergistic Effects and Decreasing Toxicity of Sarcandra Glabra Essential Oils on Tumor-bearing Mice Treated by Cytoxan
