肝脏象本质研究思路与方法的思考

回顾和反思了 ２０多年来肝脏象本质研究的思路、方法和研究实践。认为肝脏象学说的理论和实践，涉及研究领域广泛。结合自己的研究成果，从文献研究、辨证规范化研究、病理生理学基础研究和医药结合研究方面作了阐述。认为当前研究需要探索新思路、建立新方法，促进理论创新和提高辨证论治水平。研究的重点内容应包括；①肝病证候诊断标准的扩大验证和推广应用；②从整体－细胞－分子水平研究阐明证本质；③肝病情志理论研究并编制肝证情志量表；④新药研制。 ［

THOUGHT OF THE STRATEGY AND METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY ON TCM ESSENCE OF LIVERJIN

This article reviewed the strategy,methods and practice of the study on TCM essence of liver overthe past 20 years. It was believed that the theory and practice of the hypothesis about the essence of liver coversmany fields. Precious research data have been accumulated in the standardization of drugs and medicine by master-ing the crucial academic area of the “symptom complex” of the liver disease ,with many satisfactory achievementsobtained. Now it is necessary to explore new thoughts and to establish new methods based on previous studies ,andto carry out further study ,which will bring about theoretical innovation and improving the level of the differentia-tion of syndrome. The key contents are as follows：①the further confirmation and application of the diagnostic cri-teria of the symptom complex of liver disease;②the study of the essence of the symptom complex at the level of or-gan-cell-molecule ;③the study of the theory about the emotions of liver disease and drawing up the emotional ques-tionaire;④the research and production of new drugs.
