医院临床护理人员针刺伤情况调查

目的了解临床护理人员针刺伤的发生率、刺伤原因、环节及安全操作行为等问题。方法采用现况调查的方法,选取连云港、南通和镇江市3所三级医院中工作满一年的护理人员,共397人进行问卷调查。结果 84.7%的护理人员发生过针刺伤,年人均刺伤2.5次;78.1%的人被污染针头所伤。针刺伤的发生与护龄长短及职称高低有关;针刺伤多发生在治疗室加药以及处置室针头处理等环节中。针刺伤发生后,只有7.48%的护理人员及时上报。结论护理人员中针刺伤的发生十分普遍,应当在加强健康教育及健康促进的同时,推进相关职业防护法律法规的制定,从而加强职业安全防护的管理与控制。

Investigation on Needle Stick Injuries among Clinical Nurses

[Objective]To investigate the incidence,causes,links and safety operation behavior of needle stick injuries among clinical nurses.[Methods]Cross-sectional study was adopted to select 397 nurses who had worked in 3 tertiary hospitals of Lianyungang City,Nantong City and Zhenjiang City for 1 year for questionnaire survey.[Results]About 84.7% suffered from needle stick injuries with the annual per-capita of 25 cases,and 781% suffered from injuries of needles tainted.Relationships were found between the occurrence of needle stick injures and length of service,as well as technical post.Most injuries occurred in drug adding in therapeutic room,disposing needles in disposal room,etc.Only 74.8% of nurses reported to superiors immediately after needle stick injuries occurrence.[Conclusion]Needle stick injuries of nurses are very common.It is necessary to strengthen health education and health promotion,and to promote the development of laws and regulations of occupational protection simultaneously,so as to enhance the management and control of occupational safety and protection.
