摘    要:目的 对托槽粘接后的即刻粘接强度和 2 4小时后的粘接强度进行对比研究。方法 选正畸需要而拔除的双尖牙为实验样本 ,将实验分为四组 ,每组 10颗牙齿。对每一牙面粘接方丝弓托槽。以材料力学实验机分别对四组进行即刻抗剪切强度、即刻抗张强度、2 4小时后抗剪切强度以及 2 4小时后抗张强度的测定 ,并对每一牙面上的粘接剂残留量进行统计。结果 无论是抗剪切强度还是抗张强度 ,即刻粘接组与 2 4小时后粘接组间均存在显著性差异。结论 牙面托槽粘接后的即刻粘接强度远远要小于2 4小时后的粘接强度

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study was to compare the immediate and 24 hour bond strength. Method Forty extracted human premolars were randomly and evenly divided into 4 groups. Edgewise bracket was bonded on each tooth. The immediate shear bond strengthin group 1, the immediate tensile bond strength in group 2, the 24 hour shear bond strength in group 3, and the 24 hour tensile bond strength in group 4 were tested respectively. The adhesive remnant index was recorded. Results There were statistically significant differences in both shear and tensile bond strength between immediate groups and 24 hours groups. Conclusion In vitro, immediate bond strength was significantly lower than 24 hour.
