辨证治疗慢性胃炎65例临床观察

目的]八纲辨证兼顾气血痰瘀治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效及清除HP的疗效观察。方法]将65例慢性胃炎患者按随机分为2组，治疗组经八纲辨证兼顾气血痰瘀中药治疗，对照组服三联疗法，观察治疗前后两组临床疗效、胃黏膜病理变化及HP清除率。结果]治疗组临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05），对糜烂，黏膜白相和胆汁反流的改善显著优于对照组（P〈0．05），HP清除率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]八纲辨证兼顾气血痰瘀治疗慢性胃炎有较好的临床疗效，较好的HP清除作用及抗HP复发作用。

Clinical Observation on Chronic Gastritis Treated with Differentiation of Signs

Objective] Observe the efficacy of treating chronic gastritis with eight-outline differentiation of signs, as well as paying attention to Qi, blood, sputum and stasis. Method] Randomly divide 65 cases of chronic gastritis into 2 groups, the treatment group is treated with TCM by the differentiation above, the control one with 3-combination therapy, observe the efficacy, pathological changes of gastric mucosa and HP clearing rate of both groups before and after treatment. Result] In treatment group, the clinical efficacy is better than the control one(P<0.05), the improvement to erosion, white mucosa and bile regurgitation is better than control one obviously(P<0.05), the HP clearing rate is much higher than the control one(P<0.05). Conclusion] The said method has good clinical effect on chronic gastritis, with good HP clearing function and anti-HP recurrence.
