市属医学院校本科生心理健康状况调查与分析

目的了解市属医学院校本科生的心理健康状况。方法对市属某医学院校900名本科生进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试,并与全国常模青年组进行对照分析。结果市属医学院校本科生的心理问题发生率为26.76%,SCL-9O各因子均分都低于国内青年组常模,但抑郁、焦虑、躯体化、人际关系分高于国内常模,差异有显着性;不同性别中,以女生SCI-90各因子分均高于男生,且人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执等因子差异有显着性。结论市属医学院校本科生存在心理问题,应引起教育部门的重视。

Survey and analysis of mental health of undergraduates in municipal medical college

OBJECTIVE To know mental health of municipal medical college undergraduates.METHODS Symptom Checklist(SCL-90)test was used to investigate 900 undergraduates of municipal medical college,and the national youth norm group was compared.RESULTS The incidence rate of psychological problems of undergraduates was 26.76%,and SCL-90 of each factor was lower than that of the national youth norm group,except depression,anxiety,somatization,interpersonal points which were higher than the national norm,and the difference was significant;Girl’s factors were higher than boy’s,and interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoia and other factors had the significant difference between boys and girls.CONCLUSION Psychological problems of undergraduate of municipal medical colleges should arouse the attention of education departments.
