微创手术在高血压脑基底节区出血的治疗体会

目的结合临床实践经验,探讨微创手术在高血压脑基底节出血的临床应用价值。方法以2004年2月～2010年1月收治的高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组(采用保守治疗方法)和观察组(采用微创开颅治疗方法),并对两组患者各项指标进行观察。结果观察组有效率为90.32%,对照组为51.61%,观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论微创开颅治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效显著,优于传统的保守疗法,值得推广应用。

Treatment of minimally invasive surgery in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical value of minimally invasive surgery in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia combined with the clinical practice experience.METHODS Selected 62 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2009 as subjects who were divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(31 cases).The control group was received conservative treatment methods and the observation group was received treatment with minimally invasive craniotomy.The targets of two groups were compared.Established a database using Microsoft Excel,used SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis.RESULTS The effective rate of observation group was 90.32%,and the control group was 51.61%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was different(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The effect of minimally invasive craniotomy for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant,better than the traditional conservative therapy,should be widely applied.
