针刺结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效分析

目的:观察针刺结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法:我院治疗的椎动脉型颈椎病患者120例,平均分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组患者均给予针刺结合推拿治疗,对照组患者单纯给予针刺治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效以及临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组60例患者的总有效率为93.33%;对照组60例患者的总有效率为70.00%;治疗组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后临床症状评分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),并且治疗组患者治疗后临床症状的评分明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切,值得在临床推广。

With Acupuncture and Massage Therapy Efficacy Analysis of Vertebroarterial Cervical Spondylopathy

Objective:To observe with acupuncture and massage therapy of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy therapeutic effect. Methods: Our hospital treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylosis patients were, on average, divided into the treatment group and control group each 60 cases. The treatment group patients were given with acupuncture and massage therapy, patients simply give acupuncture treatment. Compared between the two groups, the clinical curative effect and the improvement of clinical symptoms. Results: The treatment group of 60 patients with the total effective rate of 93.33%; The control group of 60 patients with the total effective rate of 70.00%; Patients with clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than control patients (P < 0.05). Two groups of patients with clinical symptoms after treatment scores were more before treatment were obviously improved (P < 0.05), and the treatment group after treatment of patients with clinical symptoms score significantly better in the patients (P < 0.05). Conclusions: With acupuncture and massage therapy of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy symptoms should be worth in clinical promotion.
