西吉县农村居民吸烟现状及影响因素分析

目的了解西吉县农村居民吸烟现状,探讨吸烟行为的影响因素。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,随机抽取宁夏西吉县18个乡镇的1180户农村常住居民进行问卷调查。结果西吉县农村居民男性吸烟率为37.56%,男性开始吸烟的平均年龄(21.05±6.322),87.72%的每日吸烟量不超过20支。吸烟行为的主要影响因素:民族、年龄、文化程度及两周是否患病,汉族高于少数民族,35岁组吸烟率最高为41.98%,初中组吸烟率最高46.76%,患病者吸烟率低于未患病者。结论为了保障人民健康,建议政府制定相应控烟政策,积极开展控烟行动。

Analysis on smoking behavior and its influencing factors among rural residents

OBJECTIVE To study the present smoking status and its influence factors among the different population in Xiji county.METHODS Multi-stage sampling method was used to carry out family health inquiring survey in 2009 among countryside residents of Xiji county in Ningxia.RESULTS The smoking rate of men in Xiji county was 37.56%,the average age of men starting to smoke was(21.05±6.322)years,87.72% subjects’ daily cigarettes number was below 20 pieces.Main influencing factors were race,age,educational level and whether fall ill in latest two weeks.The rate in Han people was higher than Hui.The highest smoking rate in 35 age group was 41.98%,the highest smoking rate in junior group was 46.76%.CONCLUSION We must focus on controlling smoking widely in the further for ensuring people’s health.
