南昌市西湖区2005～2009年病毒性肝炎流行特征分析

目的分析南昌市西湖区2005～2009年病毒性肝炎的流行特征,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法对南昌市西湖区2005～2009年报告的病毒性肝炎病例作回顾性分析。结果 5年来病毒性肝炎占法定传染病报告总数的22.03%;发病率波动在149.05/10万～234.51/10万之间,呈逐年下降趋势,但仍居法定传染病之首;以乙型肝炎病例最多,占病毒性肝炎总数的83.87%;职业分布以工人为主,占23.93%;季节分布不明显,3～10月发病相对较多,占70.11%;男性发病率显著高于女性,性别比为2.57︰1;20～34岁年龄组发病率最高。结论应采取预防为主,综合防治的策略,加强儿童乙肝疫苗的基础免疫工作;加强重点人群的预防接种是控制流行的有效措施。

Analysis on epidemic characteristics of viral hepatitis in Xihu District of Nanchang from 2005-2009

OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemical characteristics of viral hepatitis in Xihu District of Nanchang in 2005-2009,to provide the basis for formulating control strategy.METHODS The data of viral hepatitis patients in Xihu District of Nanchang were retrospectively analyzed in 2005-2009.RESULTS During 5 years,legal contagion report of viral hepatitis in the total number was 22.03%,the incidence fluctuated between 149.05/100 000 and 234.51/100 000,which showed a declining trend,but still were the most in legal contagion.In most cases,hepatitis B cases were most,accounting for 83.87%;workers were the most in vocational distribution with 23.93%;season distribution was not apparent,70.11% were found from March-October;males incidence was markedly higher than females,ratio of 2.57︰1;20-34 years old age had the highest incidence.CONCLUSION Comprehensive prevention and control strategy should be adopted,basic immune work for children’s HBV vaccination should be strengthened.Strengthening inoculation of key crowd is an effective measure to control the epidemic.
