健康教育对76例高血压患者社区综合防治的效果分析

目的探讨健康教育对社区高血压患者综合防治的干预效果。方法对2010～2011年本社区卫生服务中心管理的76例高血压患者实施健康教育综合干预措施,观察1年后,总结干预效果。结果干预后高血压患者血压水平有所下降;所有高血压患者危险因素水平均有所降低;高血压患者知识、态度以及行为的平均得分比干预前增加了0.4～0.8分;患者的高血压知晓率、控制率及定期复查率均有所提高。结论对社区高血压患者实施健康教育综合干预,在高血压防治方面是积极有效的,可在社区广泛推广应用。

Analysis the effect of health education for community comprehensive prevention and treatment of hypertension among 76 patients

OBJECTIVE To investigate the intervention effect of community comprehensive prevention and care among 76 patients with hypertension treated with health education from 2010 and 2011.METHODS 76 patients with hypertension were performed health education of community comprehensive prevention and care,and then we observed one year and summarized the intervention effect.RESULTS After the intervention,the blood pressure level of all patients with hypertension was decreased,and the level of the risk factors of hypertension was significantly decreased,and the average score of knowledge,attitude and practice of patients with hypertensive significantly increased by 0.4 to 0.8 compared with that before intervention.The awareness,control and callback rates were increased.CONCLUSION Comprehensive community intervention of health education for hypertension had active and effective role in the hypertension prevention and treatment,which could extensive popularization in community.
