数字化X线检查在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值

目的通过临床资料研究分析数字化X检查在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析297例有临床症状的乳腺疾病患者,全部做数字化乳腺钼靶检查。结果 X线诊断为良性病变236例,经临床治疗、随访或手术后为162例,准确度为69%;恶性病变为61例,经手术病理证实为55例,准确度为82%。结论数字化乳腺钼靶检查对乳腺恶性病变准确性可达82%,对鉴别良恶性病变方面具有独特价值;对发现乳腺有恶性钙化乳腺癌的检出灵敏度及准确度可达100%;对良性病变及致密型乳腺疾病的影像特征常不具有特异性,其准确度为69%;乳腺导管造影检查对乳头溢液患者病变的检查准确性较高。

Value of digital X-ray examination in the diagnosis of breast disease

OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical value of digital X examination in the diagnosis of breast disease.METHODS Retrospectively analysed clinical symptoms of breast disease of 297 patients,who were given with digital mammograms.RESULTS 236 cases of benign lesions were diagnosed with X-ray,162 patients were in clinical treatment,follow-up or after surgery,the accuracy rate was 69%;61 cases of malignant lesions were pathologically confirmed with 50 cases,the accuracy rate was 82%.CONCLUSION The accuracy rate of digital mammograms for breast malignant lesions is up to 82%,which has a unique value in differentiating benign and malignant lesions;the detection sensitivity and accuracy of finding malignant breast calcification of breast cancer is 100%;the imaging features of benign and dense type breast disease often do not have specificity,the accuracy was 69%;mammary duct contrast in examination of nipple discharge patients has a high accuracy.
