多巴胺与酚妥拉明联合治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床研究

目的研究并探讨巴胺与酚妥拉明联合治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择某院自2010年1月～2011年12月收治的49例小儿重症肺炎患儿的临床资料,根据家长的治疗意愿,将患儿分为治疗组25例与对照组24例,对照组患儿给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上,增加酚妥拉明联合多巴胺治疗方法,观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组患儿有效率明显高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论酚妥拉明联合多巴胺在治疗小儿重症肺炎病症方面具有显著性疗效,在治疗过程中可作为辅助治疗手段临床推广。

Clinical analysis of Dopamine and phentolamine in treatment of children with severe pneumonia

OBJECTIVE To study and explore the clinical curative effect of dopamine and phentolamine in treatment of infants with severe pneumonia.METHODS In our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011,the data of 49 children with severe pneumonia were collected.According to the parent’s treatment wishes,the children were divided into treatment group(25 cases)and control group(24 cases).The control group were given conventional treatment,and the treatment group given phentolamine combined with dopamine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.RESULTS The treatment group patients was better than that in control group,and there was significant differencein the two groups(P< 0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of phentolamine and dopamine in treatment of infantile severe pneumonia disease have significant curative effect,which can be used as adjuvant therapy for clinical application.
