膳食干预在高血压社区综合防治中的作用

目的探讨膳食干预在社区高血压管理中的作用。方法运用随机数字表法将2009年9月～2011年9月在某社区医院门诊就诊的98例首次被确诊为高血压的患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者仅仅给予常规药物治疗,而观察组患者在上述药物治疗的基础上给予膳食干预,分别对其于确诊为高血压时及3个月后进行自行设计问卷调查。结果 2组患者在高血压相关知识的了解、血压达标及生活方式改变上差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在社区医院对高血压患者进行治疗的过程中,开展膳食干预有利于高血压患者加强对疾病相关知识的了解,改善其生活方式,提高患者的血压达标率,改善患者的预后,对防治高血压有积极作用,值得在各大社区推广运用。

Effect of dietary intervention in hypertension prevention and treatment of community

OBJECTIVE To investigate the dietary intervention in the management of hypertension in the community.METHODS During September 2009-September 2011,98 cases were first diagnosed with hypertension in our community were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy alone,and the observation group was treated by conventional therapy and dietary intervention.Self-designed questionnaire were used to investigate the 2 groups at 3 months after the diagnosis.RESULTS 2 groups had significant differences in the knowledge of hypertension,lifestyle and blood pressure(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION In the community hospital,dietary intervention can help patients with hypertension understanding of the disease,healthy lifestyle,normal blood pressure,to improve the prognosis of patients.It is worth wide using in the major community.
