| 摘 要： | 临床实习是学校教育的延伸,是护生从学校到临床的桥梁,也是护生从学生角色向护士角色过渡的关键时期。在护生实习过程中,应把握好影响实习质量的几个关键环节,突出学校、医院、学生之间的沟通与配合,规范对护生临床实习的管理,从而提高实习质量,实现预期目标。 |

| Abstract: | Clinical practice is an extension of school education,and the bridge for clinical nursing students from the school,but also the key period for nursing students from the student to nurse.In the practice of nursing students,it should take a good impact on the quality of practice in several key areas,highlight communication and cooperation between schools and hospitals,standardize the management of nursing students in clinical practice to improve the quality of practice and to achieve the desired objectives. |
