降钙素原及超敏C反应蛋白在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的临床价值研究

目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的临床价值。方法选择2010年1月～2011年1月期间某院新生儿科收治的新生儿败血症患儿35例作为研究组,另选同期住院的非感染性疾病患儿29例作为对照组,比较分析两组新生儿血清PCT和hs-CRP检测结果,以及两个指标诊断新生儿败血症的敏感性和特异性。结果与对照组相比,研究组败血症新生儿PCT和hs-CRP的含量均明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 PCT和hs-CRP对新生儿败血症的早期诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性,可为临床治疗提供重要的参考依据。

Study of clinical value on procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis

OBJECTIVE To investigate the dianostic value of procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in neonatal sepsis.METHODS Selected 35 cases of neonatal sepsis in our hospital as research group,29 cases of neonates with non-infectious disease in our hospital were as control group during period of January 2010-January 2011.Serum PCT and hs-CRP were determined in the two groups.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the levels of PCT and hs-CRP in neonatal sepsis of the study group were significantly higher(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Detection of procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein has highly sensitivity and specificity in the early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis.It provides important bases for clinical treatment.
