结肠癌并发肠梗阻的外科治疗体会

目的:总结结肠癌并发肠梗阻的外科治疗原则、手术方法及临床疗效。方法:对2007年3月～2011年9月手术治疗的33例结肠癌并肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:33例患者术后肠梗阻症状均获缓解,肠蠕动恢复良好,行Ⅰ期切除吻合术22例,Ⅰ期切除近端造瘘Ⅱ期吻合术7例,单纯造瘘3例,捷径吻合术1例。术后切口感染3例,吻合口漏1例,均经换药引流1周后治愈,无手术死亡病例。结论:根据患者具体情况合理选择手术方式,正确的术中操作和围手术处理是提高疗效,减少术后并发症,降低病死率,、改善患者生活质量的重要保证。

Colon cancer complicated with surgical treatment of intestinal obstruction

Objective:To summarize of colon cancer complicated by the principle of surgical treatment of intestinal obstruction, surgical method and clinical curative effect. Methods: From March 2007 to September 2011, the surgical treatment of 33 cases of colon cancer intestinal obstruction in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results: 33 cases of patients with postoperative Intestinal obstruction symptoms were alleviated, Ⅰ stage Resection and stomy of intestinal 22cases, Ⅰ stage Resection proximal colostomy Ⅱstage anastomosis of 7 cases, Pure colostomy 3 cases, Shortcuts anastomosis in 1 cases.Conclusion:In accordance with the specific circumstances of the patients with a reasonable choice of surgical approach, The correct technique in the operation and perioperative treatment was to improve the curative efficacy, Reduce postoperative complications and reduce mortality, improve the quality of life in patients with an important guarantee.
