瓜蒌皮注射液对脑梗死患者血流动力学的影响

目的探讨瓜蒌皮注射液对脑梗死患者血流动力学的影响。方法从三亚卒中注册系统中选取650例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组320例和对照组330例。分别评估两组患者的血流动力学、血纤维蛋白原含量、神经功能缺损状况及心电图改变并进行组间比较。结果治疗前,两组血流动力学、神经功能缺损评分及心电图相比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗后,治疗组血流动力学各指标有显著改善(P﹤0.05)。两组血流动力学各指标对比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组神经功能恢复显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。合并心肌缺血的治疗组患者心电图改善情况显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论瓜蒌皮注射液能安全有效地降低脑梗死患者的血液粘稠度,促进其神经功能的恢复,有利于改善卒中的预后。

The effects of pericarpium trichosanthis injection on hemorheology in patients with cerebral infarction

OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of pericarpium trichosanthis injection on hemorheology in patients with cerebral infarction.METHODS 650 patients with cerebral infarction from Sanya Stroke Registry Program were divided randomly into treatment group(n = 320)and control group(n = 330).Hemorheology,fibrinogen level,neurologic impairment and electrocardiogram were compared between the 2groups.RESULTS Before treatment,there were no significant differences in hemorheology,fibrinogen level,neurologic impairment and electrocardiogram between the 2 group(P﹥0.05).After treatment,hemorheology was markedly improved in patients of treatment group compared with control group(P﹤0.05).Compared with control group,there was also an improvement in status of neurologic impairment and electrocardiogram in treatment group(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Pericarpium trichosanthis injection can reduce blood viscosity safely and effectively,which strengthens improvement of neurological function and stroke prognosis.
