贵州省麻疹实验室网络的建立及运转

目的评价贵州省麻疹实验室网络建立和运转情况。方法对2003~2009年贵州省麻疹实验室网络建立后的各项运转指标进行评价,对麻疹实验室网络的各项实验室监测指标进行分析。结果贵州省麻疹实验室网络于2003年10月正式建立,含1个省级和9个市(州、地区,下同)级麻疹血清学实验室,形成了贵州省麻疹疑似病例的实验室快速反应诊断系统。2003年起省级麻疹实验室和9个市级麻疹实验室可常规开展麻疹的血清学检测,2003~2009年贵州省麻疹网络实验室共检测7499份血清标本,麻疹IgM抗体阳性39.4%,风疹IgM抗体阳性21.0%,麻疹疑似病例的实验室诊断率从2003年的1.9%逐年上升到2009年的87.9%。2004起省麻疹实验室开展了麻疹病毒学监测工作,2004~2009年从71例114份麻疹疑似病例咽拭子和(或)尿液标本中共分离到麻疹阳性分离物26例38株,经鉴定18例(株)为麻疹野病毒H1基因型。2001年起接受国家麻疹实验室及WHO对省级麻疹实验室的职能考核、血清再证实与现场认证,成绩为满分或优秀;2004年起省级麻疹实验室每年组织对市级麻疹实验室进行职能考核和标本抽样复核等质量控制工作,各项质控指标均逐年提高并达到较高水平。结论贵州省已建立了省、市级疾病预防控制中心(CDC)麻疹/风疹快速鉴别诊断和病原学监测实验室网络,并且运转良好。

Establishment and Running Status of Measles Laboratory Network in Guizhou of China

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the significance and running status of establishment of measles laboratory network in Guizhou of China. METHODS All running indicators and surveillance indicators of the measles laboratory network in Guizhou from 2003 to 2009 were evaluated. RESULTS Guizhou measles laboratory was founded in 2003,including one provincial measles laboratory and 9 prefectural measles laboratories. All these laboratories formed the rapidly diagnosis system laboratories. Since 2003 year,Guizhou provincial laboratories and 9 prefectural laboratories can perform routine measles serological testing. Founding the serological surveillance,viral surveillance had been taken since 2004. From 2003 to 2009,7499 serum samples were detected with 39.4% of the positive ratio of measles IgM antibody and 21.0% of the positive ratio of rubella IgM antibody by Guizhou measles laboratory network. From 2004 to 2009,a total of 26 measles viral strains separated from in 71 measles cases. Since 2003 year,proficiency test and reconfirmation of the serum samples were performed in national laboratory of provincial laboratory,and responsible for proficiency test and reconfirmation of the serum samples were performed in prefectural laboratories. CONCLUSION Guizhou has established the Measles and Rubella surveillance laboratory network,the Measles Laboratory network is running well now,and has played a very important role in measles control and elimination.
