| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨白内障合并青光眼联合手术患者相关的心理问题及护理对策。方法:我们对2010年1月～2011年12月收治的56例(66眼)白内障合并青光眼的患者进行围手术期心理护理,探讨患者常见的心理状态及其相应对策。结果:经过良好的心理护理后,所有病例在手术中身心状态良好,手术顺利,术后视力均有一定程度的提高,眼压均有不同程度的下降。结论:良好的心理护理能有效促进手术的顺利进行和术后的良好康复,医护人员应重视做好心理护理工作。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the impact of psychological nursing care in cataract surgery combined trabeculectomy.Methods:The medical record and nursing record of 56 cases(66 eyes) of cataract complicating with glaucoma were collected from 2006 to 2011.Analyse the common psychologic disorders of the patients and its strategies.Results:After had been offered favourable psychological nursing care,the operation was performed successfully and both the eyesight and intraocular tension of the patients had improved in some extent.Conclusions:Favourable psychological nursing care takes an important role for performing the operation successfully and can effectively promote the postoperative good rehabilitation.We should pay great attention to the psychological nursing care. |
