| 摘 要： | 科研管理是医院管理的一个重要组成部分,本文分别从美国医院的组成、科研经费的筹集途径和实验室管理3个方面介绍了美国医院的科研管理情况,提出了美国医院科研管理中值得我们借鉴的经验,以期促进我国科研管理的建设和完善。
