脑钠肽在心血管中的应用

摘    要:目的为了深入研究脑钠肽在临床诊断心血管疾病中的应用价值。方法选取2013年1月到2014年3月在我院心血管内科进行住院治疗的心衰病患136例,将这些病患作为治疗组,同时选取这一期间体检健康者60人,将其作为对照组,对比治疗组与对照组脑钠肽平与心功能状况等指标。结果治疗组中病患脑钠肽浓度明显高于对照组,P0.01,具有显著的统计学意义;治疗组脑钠肽浓度随着心功能恶化逐渐升高,和心功能等级有着显著关联,P0.01,具有显著的统计学意义。结论脑钠肽是慢性心力衰竭的重要预警指标,它和心功能等级有着显著的关联,因此快速测定脑钠肽的浓度有助于心血管疾病的及时诊断与治疗。

Abstract:Objective To study the value of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in the clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. Methods A total of 136 patients with heart failure hospitalized in Department of Cardiology of our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were selected as treatment group, and another 60 healthy individuals were selected as control group. BNP level and cardiac function were compared between the treatment group and the control group. Results The concentration of BNP in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.01). For the treatment group, the concentration of BNP was increased with the aggravation of cardiac function, with a significant correlation between them (P〈0.01). Conclusion BNP is an important predictive marker of chronic heart failure, and it is significantly correlated with cardiac function. Therefore, rapid determination of BNP levels contributes to timely diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
