| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨三氧化二砷(As2O3)对人涎腺腺样囊性(SACC)细胞的作用机制,寻找治疗SACC的新途径.方法 应用As2O3对SACC细胞株作用,以 MTT、软琼脂集落形成和形态学分析法观察细胞的变化.结果 三氧化二砷作用后,癌细胞异形性逐渐消失,细胞凋亡现象明显,可见凋亡小体.结论 As2O3对SACC细胞株具有显著的抑制增殖、诱导分化和促进凋亡作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of arsenic trioxide on salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) cell colony and to explore a new approach to treat SACC.Methods The effects of arsenic trioxid on salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cell colony and the changes of the cell colony were observed with MTT assay, colonogenic assay and microscopic cell analysis.Results After the treatment of arsenic trioxide, the heteromorphism of the cell strain gradually disappeared, obvious cell apoptosis and plenty of apoptotic bodies were seen.Conclusion Arsenic trioxide can significantly inhibit proliferation, induce differentiation and promote apoptosis in the salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cells. |
