百会穴针刺加灯盏细辛穴位注射治疗脑梗死后抑郁症疗效观察

[目的]观察百会穴针刺加穴位注射治疗脑梗死后抑郁症(PCID)的临床疗效。[方法]住院PCID病人260例,随机分为3组,第一组为阿米替林组(80例),在脑梗死基础治疗的基础上加服阿米替林25-50mgBid-Tid;第二组为针刺组(80例),在基础治疗的基础上行百会穴针刺治疗;第三组为针刺加穴注组(100例),在基础治疗的基础上,行百会穴针刺加灯盏花注射液穴位注射治疗。观察三组病人治疗前、治疗后4周、8周HAMD、SDS、MeSSS、MMSE、Barthel指数(BI)评分的变化,评定百会穴针刺加穴位注射治疗PCID的疗效。[结果]三组病人治疗后HAMD、SDS、MeSSS、MMSE、Barthel指数(BI)评分均有明显的改善(P0.05,P0.01),其中,针刺组与阿米替林组对观察量表的评分改善作用相似(P0.05),针刺加穴注组则明显优于针刺组和阿米替林(P0.05)。[结论]百会穴针刺加灯盏细辛穴位注射对PCID的抑郁症状有明显的改善作用,值得临床推广应用。
