活血降糖胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

[目的]观察活血降糖胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效.[方法]将符合标准的60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均予饮食、运动疗法及常规西药治疗.对照组30例用弥可保(0.5 mg/次,3次/d)治疗,治疗组在上述基础上加用活血降糖胶囊(3粒/次,3次/d)治疗,进行疗效比较,疗程均为3个月.[结果]治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为63.4%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).[结论]活血降糖胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的临床疗效.

Treating diabetes complicated by peripheral neuropathy with huoxue Jiangtang capsule in 30 patients

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Huoxue (activating blood circulation) Jiangtang (decreasing blood sugar) capsule in treating diabetes associated with peripheral neuropathy.[Methods] Sixty patients with peripheral neuropathy complicated in diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of control group were treated with Methycobal (0.5mg,three times a day) and those of treatment group with Huoxue Jiangtang capsule and Methycobal together.The treatment course was three months.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7% and that of control group was 63.4% with obvious differentiation between them (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Huoxue Jiangtang capsule has a better clinical effect in treating peripheral neuropathy complicated in diabetes.
