| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了自行研发的护理技术档案管理系统，该系统不仅实现了医院护理人员技术档案管理的科学化、规范化和数字化，还可使护理管理人员宏观掌控全院和本科护理人力资源综合情况，有针对性的调配护理人力资源，达到高效利用护理档案信息，提高整体护理管理和决策水平目的。
