| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰淀素（amylin）在肥胖相关性肾病（ORG）发展过程中的作用。方法 14例经肾活检证实的ORG患者为观察组（ORG组）,选择同期经肾活检确诊为系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者作为相关疾病对照组（NC）。20只Wis-tar大鼠,高脂饮食诱导ORG大鼠模型,成模后随机均分为模型对照组（NC）和Amylin组（Amylin）。采用ELISA法检测血清amylin;放射免疫法检测胰岛素水平;自动生化分析仪测定血糖、血脂;考马斯亮蓝方法检测24小时尿蛋白定量;免疫组化法检测肾小球内amylin的表达。结果 ORG患者血清内amylin水平明显高于系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者,且肾脏有amylin沉积;Amylin皮下注射组大鼠血清amylin、胰岛素、血脂水平均较ORG组升高,24小时尿蛋白定量增加。结论 Amylin参与ORG的进展,促进病情进展。
