子宫颈电环切除术诊治宫颈上皮内瘤变85例分析

目的:探讨子宫颈电环切除术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)的临床效果。方法:宫颈脱落细胞学检查、阴道镜及宫颈活检初步诊断为CIN的患者85例,采用LEEP治疗,切除全部宫颈移行区,手术标本均送病理学检查,观察手术时间、出血量及术后疗效。结果:LEEP治疗CIN,一次手术成功率为98%,平均手术时间为9m in,平均出血量为8ml。结论:LEEP操作简单、安全、成功率高、并发症少,并且可提供完整的标本送病理检查,是诊断和治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的理想方法。

85 Cases Cervical Ring Resection Diagnosis and Treatment for Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

Objective: To investigate the cervical loop electrosurgical excision(LEEP) treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) clinical results.Method: Cervical cytology screening,colposcopy and cervical biopsy for the initial diagnosis of CIN patients with 85 cases,the use of LEEP treatment,the removal of all cervical transition zone,surgical pathology specimens were sent to check to observe the operation time,blood loss and postoperative effects.Result: LEEP treatment of CIN,a success rate of 98%,the average operating time for 9min,the average blood loss for 8ml.Conclusion: LEEP is simple,safe,high success rate,fewer complications and specimens can be sent to provide a complete pathological examination,the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ideal method.
